At a young age I have been immersed in music from the time my grandfather taught me how to play guitar. From there, my passion for music and sound grew as I eventually found the didgeridoo. My connection with this sacred instrument was instant as I taught myself how to play within months of borrowing one from a friend. Shortly after, I started playing with friends during yoga classes and went on to play with Larisa Stow and the Shakti Tribe along with other sound healers at Bhakti and Shakti Fest. When I’m not playing with musicians, I am hosting sound healing events and collaborating with other healers throughout California as well as helping patients with neurological disorders using the sounds and vibrations from the didgeridoo and other sacred instruments. I have¬†experienced firsthand the release of emotional blocks through the power of sound / vibrational therapy and wish to share it with everyone.

I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga for the last 3 years and affirm that this technology can completely change a person’s life for the better and bring one’s soul to realizing their destiny. Growing up with severe depression kept me from enjoying life to the fullest, but after finding Kundalini Yoga, I have released years of negative thought programing, anger, and sadness. In retrospect, having dealt with depression was a blessing in disguise as I was able to experience the full spectrum of happiness and give gratitude to that period in my life. The transformation within myself as a result of this practice has brought me to teaching these sacred tools for self-mastery to other people so they may undergo their own liberation.
